The session structure

Each class (60–90 min) unfolds in two distinct phases, designed to take you from a state of deep focus to a controlled explosion of intensity.

Asana & Opposing Forces

Extended positions and opposing resistance to develop muscular elasticity, strength, control, balance and body awareness. In each session we focus on a few Asanas, with maximum attention to posture and the principle of opposing forces.

Tabata Protocol

Short bursts of intense work alternated with brief recovery pauses. The goal: push the body to its limits, stimulating the cardiovascular and muscular systems in concentrated time.

To the beat of music

All physical activity performed to music produces an undeniable psycho-physical wellbeing, creating a perfect union between body, soul and mind.

Push-up Handles

Practised with the aid of push-up handles for perfect alignment in both static and dynamic positions, improving strength and endurance.
