As part of the MoveOn event, Fabio Inka and the Impacto Training team will lead a special class celebrating Impacto's 16th anniversary.
Since 2010, Impacto Training has revolutionized outdoor fitness in Rome with a method based on energy, movement, and personalized training.
The class will be an experience open to all, completely bodyweight-based, in the authentic Impacto style: dynamic, engaging and suitable for all levels.
During the training, the new online version of Impacto Training will also be presented ,a unique online training platform that allows you to have a different personalized workout every day.
No need to bring equipment.
To celebrate Impacto's 16th anniversary, special commemorative T-shirts dedicated to the event will also be available.

Fabio Pitti is Head of the Evaluation Body for UNI-compliant Yoga Teacher Certification, Head of the Yoga Department at the Popular University of Indo-Vedic Studies, and Adjunct Professor at the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV University) in Haridwar, India. For years, he has dedicated himself to the study, practice, and dissemination of Yoga through MIM-accredited training programs.
He will lead the Yoga Common Protocol class, the international protocol developed by India's Ministry of Ayurvedic Medicine to preserve and disseminate the authentic principles of traditional yoga in a balanced, accessible and universally recognized form . Its value lies in its ability to combine physical practice, breathing, concentration, and meditation in a comprehensive journey aimed at achieving harmony between body, mind, and consciousness.
The class includes breathing techniques (pranayama), joint relaxation, postures (asana), relaxation, and meditation, promoting physical well-being, emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner awareness. The approach is inclusive and suitable for practitioners of all ages and experience levels.

An Inclusive Track Experience with FISPES (Italian Federation of Paralympic and Experimental Sports)
"Be a Guide Runner"
FISPES presented an immersive activity open to volunteers, students, coaches, and anyone involved in inclusive sports.
During the session, participants stepped onto the track and experienced firsthand the role of a guide runner for a visually impaired athlete. Through paired running exercises, synchronization drills, listening techniques, orientation activities, and trust-building practices, attendees gained a deeper understanding of the unique connection between athlete and guide.
The training included practical track-guiding exercises, supervised simulations, and inclusive physical activities designed to highlight the importance of teamwork, communication, and mutual trust.
It provided a valuable opportunity to discover the Paralympic world and promote a culture of sport that is truly accessible to everyone.

As the sun set, Vita On transformed into an immersive experience where art, music, and entertainment reached their highest expression within the evocative monumental setting of the Stadium. Among the most captivating moments of the evening were the dance performances curated by Artistic Director Angelo Madonia, who, together with his Italian Dance Studio and a cast of professional dancers, brought to life a dynamic and visually stunning show.
The central and concluding moment of the event was the first edition of the Vita On Award, a recognition created to honor outstanding figures from the worlds of sports, entertainment, health, and civil society who distinguish themselves in promoting the values of physical and mental well-being, social inclusion, and healthy lifestyles.
The award ceremony was hosted by TG5 journalist Simona Branchetti, who guided the audience through an evening filled with emotions, inspiring stories, and prestigious recognitions, seamlessly alternating institutional moments with artistic performances and entertainment.
Among the recipients of the inaugural Vita On Award were Raoul Bova, honored in the Sport & Fiction category; Giorgio Pasotti for Sport & Cinema; Alvise Rigo for Sport & Fashion; Novella Calligaris, recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Sport; Lorenzo Simonelli for Athletics & Sport; and Simone Nolasco for Dance. Additional awards were presented to Fabio Inka in the Fitness & Wellness category, Maria Luisa Garatti for her contribution to the Paralympic movement, Bruno Giordano with the International Football Award, AS Roma Under-19 with the Youth in Sport Award, and Doctors Ezio Adriani and Andrea Baldini for their contribution to the field of health.

Among the key participants of Vita On 2026, the Italian Red Cross, the event’s charity partner, played a central role in the activities dedicated to health and prevention. Through its presence in the Health Area, it helped promote a culture of prevention and well-being by offering participants free health screenings, postural assessments, gait analyses, and orthopedic consultations.
The commitment of the Italian Red Cross represented significant added value for the entire event, reinforcing the message that protecting health begins with information, awareness, and access to preventive care. This collaboration fully reflects the mission of Vita On, which is dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering an accessible and inclusive culture of well-being.

Fitness test with the University of Rome "Foro Italico"
The University of Rome ‘Foro Italico’, through its exercise physiology laboratory, offered a fitness assessment service.
The tests were designed to measure some components of physical efficiency.
They were suitable for everyone, are not physically demanding, and will last between 10 and 15 minutes each.
Participants were able to choose whether to complete the entire assessment pathway or take only the tests of their interest.
The following tests were administered:
- Muscle strength (upper limbs and lower limbs)
- Joint flexibility
- Body composition
- Aerobic power
At the end of the evaluation process, each participant will be given a ‘fitness passport’ with the results obtained during the tests.

What should I bring for yoga sessions?
We recommend bringing your own mat, towel, and water bottle to stay hydrated.
Do you need to be an expert to participate in the activities?
Absolutely not. VITAON is pure inclusion. From yoga to outdoor training, each session is scalable and suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.
Can I book and participate in multiple activities during Sport Experience Time?
Absolutely! The program, from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, is designed to help you discover movement in every form . You can organize your day by signing up for multiple sessions, just make sure the times don't overlap.
Can I only attend the evening party?
Absolutely. If you can't make it to the sports event, you can only sign up for the Award Ceremony (starting at 8:00 PM) and the Party Experience (starting at 9:00 PM).
How does enrollment in individual lessons work?
Once you've chosen your class in the form above, you'll receive a confirmation email. Show it at reception to enter the Stadio dei Marmi and participate in the event.
Are changing rooms available?
The Stadio dei Marmi "Pietro Mennea" in Rome has changing rooms. However, we recommend arriving already dressed in sportswear to facilitate access and reduce waiting times.
