ALEX VILIGIARDI

Alex Viligiardi, former Olympic artistic gymnast at the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games and World Champion in competitive aerobics, has spent over two decades helping people improve their well-being by sharing his passion for sport.
With an ISEF degree and a strong, ongoing commitment to education, he has inspired and trained thousands of instructors—both nationally and internationally—since the 1990s through innovative teaching methods.
As the creator of successful training programs such as Just Pump and Rollerblade in Gym, his experience as an elite athlete gives him unique authority as a functional training coach.
